Plain terms for a simple app.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Botherme mobile app and this website, botherme.ekarche.com. Botherme is built and operated by Ekarche Private Limited (CIN U58200UW2026PTC253262), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. By downloading or using Botherme, you agree to these terms. If you get Botherme from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download.

Your licence

Botherme is a paid app sold as a one-time purchase. When you buy it, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the devices your app-store account allows, for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits.

One-time purchase

Botherme costs a single up-front price with no subscription, no ads, and no in-app purchases. Payment, receipts, and any refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we do not process payments ourselves, so refund requests go through the store you bought from.

Your reminders are yours, and stay on your device

Botherme stores everything on your device and syncs nothing to us. You are responsible for your device and its data. Because there is no cloud backup, losing or resetting your device, or uninstalling the app, permanently removes your Botherme data — we cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy.

Botherme is a reminder aid, not a guarantee

Botherme helps you remember things, but it depends on your device, its operating system, and its notification and battery settings, which are outside our control. Do not rely on Botherme as the only safeguard for anything critical — medication, medical care, legal deadlines, or safety-related tasks. Always keep an independent backup for things that truly matter. Botherme is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Use Botherme lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or misuse the app or this site, and do not use our name or marks in a way that implies an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The Botherme name, the return-loop mark, the app, its design, and the content of this site are the property of Ekarche Private Limited. All rights are reserved unless granted in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekarche will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Botherme — including any task, appointment, or deadline you may miss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with the date at the top updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
