A nagging reminder app

The nagging reminder app that bugs you until it's done

Sometimes a polite nudge isn't enough. Botherme is the reminder that keeps pestering you — on purpose — until you actually finish.

Available on Google Play. Coming to the App Store.

There's a reason "remind me" so often fails: the reminder is too polite. It taps you on the shoulder once and then lets you off the hook. For the tasks you're especially good at avoiding, what you actually need is something that won't let you off the hook — a reminder that keeps bugging you until it's done.

That's the whole idea behind Botherme. Tell it once, and when the task is due it nags — again and again at the interval you set, with an optional alarm-style alert that's hard to ignore — until you tap Done. The nagging is the feature, not a bug. It's the difference between a reminder you swipe away and a task you actually finish.

And the moment you're done, it stops completely. No lingering guilt, no pile of overdue items — just one insistent voice that goes quiet the instant the job is handled.

Why Botherme

Built to be hard to ignore.

  • Say it in plain words

Type "Pay the electricity bill tomorrow at 7pm" and Botherme reads the time out of the sentence and sets it for you. No date pickers to fiddle with.

  • It nags until it's done

A due reminder doesn't fire once and vanish. It comes back at the interval you choose, again and again, until you actually tap Done.

  • Alarm-style alerts

Switch on alarm-style reminders so a due nag rings loud and hard to ignore — not a quiet notification you'll scroll past and forget.

  • Snooze on your terms

Not now? Push it ten minutes, an hour, to tonight, or to tomorrow. It comes back when you said, and keeps its promise to nag.

  • Recurring reminders

Every day, every Monday, every few months. Mark one done and the next one rolls forward on its own.

  • Completely on your device

No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your reminders are stored on your phone and never leave it.

Questions

Good to know.

How often will Botherme nag me?

As often as you tell it to. You set the interval between nags, so it can be a gentle repeat or a relentless one. There's a sensible ceiling so it can't nag endlessly, and you can snooze whenever you need to.

Can I make the nag really hard to ignore?

Yes — turn on alarm-style alerts and a due reminder rings loud, more like an alarm than a quiet notification, so it cuts through even when your phone is on the other side of the room.

What stops the nagging?

Tapping Done. That's the only thing that ends it — which is exactly the point. Snoozing pauses it; Done finishes it.
